Application

The chiller is used in the plastic processing machinery mold cooling, electroplating industry,machinery industry, building industry, vacuum coating and food industry, etc.

	Microcomputer Controller The air cooled chiller features an industry-leading LCD display microcomputer controller. This controller provides simultaneous display of the chiller’s outlet temperature and the set temperature for precise temperature control. The user-friendly interface allows for easy operation and adjustment. With this controller, the water temperature can be precisely controlled within a range of 3°C to 50°C, ensuring optimal cooling performance.
Drying Filter System The air cooled chiller is equipped with Emerson filters, which effectively remove impurities from the refrigerant and absorb free moisture in fluorocarbons. This system prevents the formation of ice blockages, particularly in narrow sections of pipelines (especially the valve ports of thermal expansion valves). It ensures the purity of the refrigerant and protects the compressor from potential damage.
	Efficient Cooling System The air-cooled chiller is equipped with a high-efficiency cooling system that includes low-noise external rotor fans. These fans are specifically designed to accelerate heat dissipation and enhance the overall cooling efficiency of the system. By improving airflow and maximizing heat transfer, this system ensures optimal cooling performance while operating with minimal noise levels.
High and Low Pressure Protection System The high and low pressure protection system is designed to enhance the safety and efficiency of water pump operations. It involves the installation of high and low pressure gauges as well as a pump pressure gauge to continuously monitor the pressure of the water pump during operation.
	Water Pumps For chiller models ranging from 1 to 6HP, Orank stainless steel pump heads are used. For models with 8HP or higher, Taiwan Yuanli pipeline pumps are employed. These water pumps are known for their low noise operation, leak-free performance, and maintenance-free characteristics. They ensure reliable and efficient water circulation within the chiller system.
