Fault Description
Engine cooling system: coolant pump disconnected due to overvoltage.
Fault Cause Analysis
When the ECU receives feedback data from the coolant pump indicating an overvoltage condition, this fault is recorded.
Fault Troubleshooting Method (in sequence)
- Check whether the supply voltage in the power circuit is normal. Rule out overvoltage protection caused by an alternator power supply fault.
- Replace the coolant pump with the same model.
