Provide photos of the old part and all OE numbers → We will cross-check and ship the correct part.

Q3: Is there a quality guarantee?

A: Yes. All products come with a 12–24-month warranty (depending on the category). We take full responsibility for any quality issues.

Pricing & Orders

Q1: Are prices inclusive of tax and shipping?

Domestic orders: Prices typically exclude tax. VAT invoices can be provided. Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.
International orders: We offer EXW, FOB, DDP, and DAP terms.

Q2: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No inventory: Minimum order of 20 pieces.
In-stock items: Samples can be ordered starting from 1 piece.

Q3: Do you support private labeling?

A: Yes. Orders of 1,000 pieces or more can include your own packaging and logo. For orders below 1,000 pieces, packaging fees apply. All packaging fees will be refunded after cumulative orders reach 1,000 pieces.
